Alll information, artworks, designs, and concepts described herein (“Protected Works”) have been developed exclusively by Matthew Gebhardt and are the sole intellectual property of Matthew Gebhardt.  No part of the Protected Works shall constitute a “work-for hire.”  The Protected Works may not be shared, replicated, or executed by any other entity.  Disclosure or use of the Protected Works may cause serious harm to Matthew Gebhardt.
